SYC24 RISK ASSESMENTS
Share this link to our Spotify Worship list with your youth, your leaders and play it on Friday nights at Youth so they are all ready to worship and sing at camp.Â
BYM have received a generous grant that will enable us to support young people and overcome barriers to attend SYC!
We are able to provide several 1/3 subsidies, which means that the grant will donate $100 of the fee cost for each approved applicant.

State Youth Camp values the contribution of all leaders and camp parents who come to support the youth of their church over the SYC weekend. With this, we understand that for some, it might only be possible to serve in this way if they are able to bring young children along to SYC as well. This year, SYC requires all children who will be attending camp to register online. More information is available, just click on the button to the left. Make sure to share this regsitration link with your leaders who will be bringing their children to camp.Â

Handy SYC Forms
We try to keep our forms simple for SYC and here are a few that you may need before SYC.
Tent Hire – If you need tents supplied and all set up ready for when you arrive, let us organise that for you.
Volunteer at SYC – Do you have young adults or anyone at all at your church who would love to come along to SYC and volunteer for us? They can even camp with your group. Share this link with them.
Volunteer Youth and Youth Leader Roles – At SYC each year we love to have your young people involved on stage in roles such as Bible reading, praying, welcome to country etc. If you have young people in your youth group who you would like to vounteer to do this at SYC (please check with them first) then this is the link you need.
We also need male & female tribe leaders for each tribe so if you could help by volunteering 1 or 2 of your leaders as well that would be awesome, use this same link
How to promote SYC24
We are excited to launch the new SYC24 promo video to use at youth and in your churches to promote SYC24.
This year we have 2 videos. A 1min version to use on Socials and a 2min version for use at youth or in your churches to promote SYC.Â
Plus links to images for slides, Facebook, Insta even one to use on your email signature if you like.Â
You could print the QR Code image we sent each group coordinator as a flyer if you need printed material.Â
